The Sun Will Shine Again

Marseille return with their new EP, The Sun Will Shine Again, landing on September 4. The Derby band continue to blur indie rock, Britpop, shoegaze and neo-psych into something expansive, melodic and full of feeling.

Produced by Michael Smith of Wolf Alice and Delights, then mastered by Andy “Hippy” Baldwin at Metropolis, this six-track release gathers the previously unveiled singles Fever, Out of the Blue, Hallelujah (My Baby’s Free) and Where I Went Wrong.

Written as the band entered their twenties, The Sun Will Shine Again moves between euphoric highs and the darker corners of growing up, balancing rich neo-psychedelic textures with real vulnerability. It feels like Marseille at their most confident and cohesive so far.
