The Whole Of The Moon is one of those songs that carries awe, hope and love in equal measure. This electronic, euphoric and open-hearted version was created by members of the wider Optimo community after Keith McIvor, aka JD Twitch, received a terminal brain cancer diagnosis in 2025.

Built with the spirit of Planet Peach, Mas and the Sub Club in mind, it brings together friends across oceans in an act of joy amid deep loss. Never meant for release, it found its way to others and felt too meaningful to keep hidden.

This is the Watergirls’ first and last track, issued as a limited white label with especially lethal mixes from Sean Johnston of Hardway Bros and A Love From Outer Space. All profits go to charity.
