cinematic electronica specialists Spun Out Of Control – is the sensational ‘Things
That We Should Fear’, by Nevergrand.

An exciting new project of composer and keyboardist Jan Borré, featuring
vocalist Steve Kashala, this is a summery, synth-funk odyssey of a record,
recalling the fluid grooves of Herbie Hancock married to the distinctive vocals of
a Superstition-era Stevie Wonder.

With an instantly accessible, effortlessly cool sound, due to the high quality
musicianship, production involved and use of classic Prophet and Moog analogue
synths, this is an album that manages to be, at turns, funky, soulful, cinematic and
very, very groovy.
