Album number two from the alternative metal titans saw them double down on what they were really good at, crunchy crunchy riffs and sad sad feelings. With the addition of James Iha and Jordi White to the fold, they fulfilled their initial promise with uncompromising classics like Pet or their cover of Failure's lilting The Nurse Who Loved Me being the obvious standouts on a crushing release.
