More than 10 years after his last album, Peter Van Hoesen unveils his new LP, titled "Towards the Center of Time and Surrounded by Spirits." The eminent Belgian producer, currently residing in Ho Chi Minh City, has selected the Brusselsbased record label Vlek as the home for his new release, available in digital format and as a double LP, consisting of nine tracks of dense, obscure, and metallic techno. The album represents a masterclass in modern techno composition, culminating in the avantgarde piece "Twilight Static Dilemma."
