Traum und Existenz

2024 repress. Kompromat is a French duo formed by Julia Lanoë, aka Rebeka Warrior (Sexy Sushi, Mansfield.TYA), and Pascal Arbez-Nicolas, aka Vitalic / Dima. Inspired by the German underground scene of the late 70's, Kompromat is situated between Einstürzende Neubauten and Crash Course in Science. Darkwave, postwave, but also rock, electronic, dark and deep; Vitalic and Rebeka Warrior, dressed in white shirts and black ties, borrow as much from electronic body music and Belgian new beat as from the techno re imagined by four hands with the album Traum Und Existenz released in 2019.
