Blending post-bop jazz, Arab melodies, Latin grooves, blues, funk and the rhythms of Ghanaian music, the album celebrates the deep connections that exist between seemingly different worlds, reminding us that, in truth, they are always just walking distance away.

Inspired by the rhythms of daily life, walking through city streets, driving, checking distances and observing the world, each composition reflects the universal pulse that unites us all. Peter Somuah invites listeners to feel both grounded and uplifted, to reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
