"You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" is the biggest hit single of British band Dead or Alive. The single is featured on their second studio album, Youthquake. "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" reached the No. 1 spot in Germany, UK, Ireland, Switzerland and Canada. It was the first No. 1 hit by the Stock Aitken Waterman production trio. The song has been re-released multiple times since its original release in 1984. The Guardian listed the song at number one in their "Stock Aitken Waterman's 20 greatest songs – ranked!"

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)", it is now available as two different limited and numbered 12"s.

Version 1 contains the Murder Mix, Metro 12" Extended Mix and 400 Hz - Kleopatra Remix.

The B-side contains a full colour picture. The 12" is carefully packed in a PVC sleeve.
