The Clientele

The Clientele are a three-piece band that formed in Hampshire in 1997. Their music is influenced by artists such as Felt, Galaxie 500, Television, Love, and The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band. They also draw inspiration from 70s AM radio songwriters like Jimmy Webb and Willie Nelson. With minimalist arrangements and jazz chords and rhythms, their sound has been described as reminiscent of late lonely nights on a long-wave radio.
